The room was cozy and comfortable with a nice seating area and a TV for entertainment. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The double room had a cool tile/marble floor, which added to the overall charm. The air conditioning in the room kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. Having an electric kettle in the room was convenient for making hot beverages. The triple room had a balcony, providing lovely city views to enjoy.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the satellite TV in the double room.

Nestled on a hill in the heart of the city, this charming guesthouse offers breathtaking views of the surrounding green hills. Situated amongst mango trees, it provides a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Guests can relax in the spacious communal areas, taking in the stunning scenery. The well-maintained rooms boast hotel-standard beddings, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the delicious breakfast served here exceeds expectations, especially their house tea with milk.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms could be improved.

We arrived late at Kingsman House due to a delayed train, and were delighted by the warm welcome we received from the staff. Despite it being the new moon festival and many restaurants being closed, they went above and beyond to order and deliver delicious Sri Lankan vegetarian food for us. The building itself was well-maintained and very clean, offering breathtaking views of Kandy and the lake. The quiet location allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night without needing to use the AC. our stay at Kingsman House was a truly wonderful experience.
Leaving. I only wish I could have stayed longer at Kingsman House.

Kingsman House felt like a home away from home in Sri Lanka. The staff, Chamilla, ran the place well and made us feel safe. The house was clean, with hotel standard beddings and breathtaking views. The common areas were comfortable for lounging and hanging out with friends. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations, with delicious house tea and milk to start the day. because of Chamilla's help and the wonderful experience at Kingsman House, I would definitely recommend staying here.
